Anita'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. crisco (I used butter flavored)
    dash of salt
    1 egg and water to equal 1 c.
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut crisco into flour, salt, and sugar.
    Slightly beat egg, then add water.
    Mix until well moistened.
    Do not overwork! Crust will be tough.
    Makes four 2 crust pies.
