Chocolate Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
6 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix 1 cup sugar, flour and salt in saucepan.
Add milk.
Beat egg yolks.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Add vanilla and butter or oleo.
Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add 6 tablespoons sugar.
Spread on pie; bake until brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
