Deer Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. deer meat, cooked
    2 large onions
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    bell pepper
    celery
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce, if desired or season to taste
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Put meat in a 2 quart pot and bring to a boil.
    After it boils, wash the meat.
    Then put it back in pot with water and let cook thoroughly.
    When it is done, chop it up very fine.
    Set meat aside.
