Best Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients; blend well.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 40 minutes. Check by putting knife in center of pie.
It is done if it comes out clean.
