Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Pet-Ritz deep dish pie crusts
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 small can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Fully cook sausage.
    Drain very well. Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour and parsley flakes.
    Mix well.
    Spread in an unbaked pie crust.
    Beat together eggs and evaporated milk.
    Slowly pour over sausage mixture.
    Bake on preheated cookie sheet 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set.
