Turnip Green Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked or canned turnip greens, chopped and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. sugar
buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cracker crumbs.
Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Top with bread crumbs. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
