Meat And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    salt and pepper to taste
    medium onion
    5 to 6 good size potatoes
    1 to 2 cans Campbell's mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk to one can soup
    desired seasonings (optional)
Preparation
    Cook
    hamburger
    meat
    and seasonings in skillet.
    Peel potatoes and slice potato chip size.
    Slice onion.\tBoil until tender.
    While
    meat is cooking, prepare potatoes and onion in microwave
    until tender.
    Layer in casserole dish:\thamburger, potatoes, onion and mushroom soup.\tContinue until ingredients prepared
    are gone.
    If desired may add cheese on top (optional). Bake
    30
    minutes
    in
    350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4 to 5 people.
