Tomato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. tomatoes with juice (some)
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. each: parsley, oregano, basil, dill, chives and Italian seasoning
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. salt (kosher)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add tomatoes, sugar, oil, salt and spices.
    Add flour a little at a time, beating with wooden spoon.
    Knead on floured board for 6 minutes.
    Put in greased pan and cover with plastic wrap for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled. Punch down.
    Shape into loaf and put in greased pans.
    Cover and let raise 30 to 40 minutes in warm place.
    Mix egg with water and brush on top.
    Bake 2 loaves at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
