Orange Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 large orange, sectioned
    4 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add carrots.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Drain liquid, reserving 1/2 cup.
    Add orange juice to reserved liquid.
    Add cornstarch and cook over medium heat until thickened and clear.
    Add sugar, carrots and orange sections. Heat thoroughly.
