Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when poked into cakes center.
Set aside to cool before icing.
