Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. Spry
    1 can onion soup
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 medium green pepper, cut into 8 strips
Preparation
    Combine flour and seasonings; pound into meat. Brown meat in shortening. Pour off fat. Add soup and ketchup. Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour. Add green pepper; cook 20 minutes more; stir now and then.
