Tomato-Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni shells
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1 1/2 c.)
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. oil (may be reduced to 1 Tbsp.)
    2 tsp. chopped fresh basil leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. coarsely cracked pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
    Rinse with cold water; drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Toss macaroni and tomato mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
    Makes 6 servings; contains 185 calories and 5 grams fat per serving.
