Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) bean dip
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans drained chopped olives
    1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
    large round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in another bowl.
    Spread in the following order on a large shallow platter:
    bean dip, seasoned avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, tomatoes, onions, olives and cheese.
    Serve with chips.
    You may use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    This can be made the day before.
