Pork Chops Or Chicken With Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. dry sherry
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 1/3 c. precooked rice
2 Tbsp. chopped canned pimento
4 to 5 chicken breasts or 4 Iowa chops
butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Brush chicken breasts with butter, then season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Place on top of rice.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, or until meat and rice are tender.
