Green Chili Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (4 or 5 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese, mixing well.
    Spread half of mixture in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Place slices of cheese over mixture; top with remaining batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Makes 6 generous servings.
