Rice And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces chicken, skinless
    2 c. uncooked brown rice
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Brown chicken in margarine.
    Set aside.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in 5 cups hot water.
    Pour water in large casserole dish. Stir in brown or white rice.
    Place chicken on top.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
