Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 bottle \"B-V\" sauce (usually available at Publix)
    1 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Wash
    mushrooms and slice large caps.
    Place butter and mushrooms in heavy frying pan and cover; cook over medium heat for 15
    minutes,
    add\tB-V
    sauce.
    Cook
    another
    15 minutes without cover, add sherry and cook 15 minutes over high heat. Remove and serve.
    Excellent over steak or prime rib.
