Green Pepper Dolma With Olive Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 c. rice
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. diluted tomato sauce
Preparation
    Wash and remove the seeds from the peppers.
    Simmer onions in a little of the oil until soft.
    Add washed rice and the rest of the ingredients, except the tomato sauce.
    Mix well.
    Fill peppers with rice mixture only 3/4 of the space.
    Place peppers upright in a pan big enough to hold the 4 peppers, pour the tomato sauce into each pepper as much as it will hold.
    Pour the rest in the bottom of the pan.
    Cover and cook on medium fire until rice is tender, about 1 hour.
    Serve cold.
