Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 egg yolks
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecan pieces
4 egg whites
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients well and then add pineapple and pecans.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Mix into batter.
Cook in a tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
