"Whole" Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole lemon
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Cut lemon in chunks and remove seeds. Place in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until set in the middle.
