Sweet Potato Pudding * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3 c. grated sweet potatoes
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into buttered dish.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until well browned.
    May be served with whip cream.
