1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. softened butter or margarine
1 egg
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease 10-inch spring-form pan.
(If you use a regular round cake pan, you have to line the bottom with waxed paper, then grease.
Bake as directed; cool 30 minutes before removing from pan.)
