Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Velveeta cheese
1 regular size nacho cheese flavored Doritos chips
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender; debone and place in oblong baking dish.
Cover the chicken with Doritos chips.
Mix soups, pepper, onion, tomatoes and broth together well.
Pour over chips and chicken, then slice cheese and put on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
