Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups milk
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 cups cooked rice
    1/2 cup raisins
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    In a saucepan, heat milk and butter to a boil.
    Remove from heat; stir in cooked rice and raisins.
    In a bowl, add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in sugar and vanilla.
    Combine rice mixture and egg mixture.
    Pour into greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until firm.
    Yield 4 to 6 servings.
