Meringue Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Add salt, vinegar and vanilla to egg whites; beat until mixture forms peaks.
    Add sugar very gradually and continue beating until very stiff.
    Spoon in mounds on cookie sheet covered with plain ungreased paper.
    Shape 6 large cups with spoon.
    Bake in slow oven (250\u00b0 or 275\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
    Remove from paper immediately. Cool.
