Saucy Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin chops, cut 1-inch thick
    salt and pepper
    flour
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. catsup
    5 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Dip in flour; brown in heavy skillet.
    Combine onions, green peppers, pineapple juice, catsup and Tabasco sauce.
    Pour this mixture over meat.
    Cover; cook slowly for about 1 hour, or until chops are thoroughly done. Serve chops with sauce over hot rice.
