Kate'S Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Chef Paul's barbecue seasoning
    1 large roast
    1 can beef broth
    1 can pearl onions
    1 carton mushrooms
    2 c. cubed potatoes
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with Chef Paul's Magic barbecue seasoning. Let stand for 30 minutes. In frying pan, brown roast on all sides. Put roast in crock-pot. Cook until tender. Saute cubed potatoes in butter until tender. Add onions and mushrooms. Add to roast about 30 minutes before serving.
