Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. cooked hamburg
    4 c. cooked vegetables (peas, carrots, corn or mixed)
    2 c. gravy (canned or bottled may be used)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare the potatoes (mashed).
    Stir in parsley flakes; set aside.
    In an ungreased 10 x 13-inch glass pan, stir remaining ingredients.
    Mound potatoes on meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until potatoes brown slightly.
