Homemade Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. navy beans
1 piece salt pork
1 medium onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 Tbsp. molasses in brown sugar
garlic salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Soak beans overnight.
Pour off water.
Cover with fresh water. Cook slowly, just below boiling point, test with needle.
When navy beans are soft, drain them.
Put half of beans in crock-pot.
Add all other ingredients and cover with other half of beans.
Cover beans with boiling water, put pork on top, add a little ketchup to boiling water.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 5 hours.
