Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or shortening
4 c. apples
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Peel and slice apples; set aside.
Mix the flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and butter with pie blender and pat in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mix apples with 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon.
Spread on crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until tender.
