Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large potatoes (1 per serving)
    salt and pepper
    cheese
    sour cream (optional)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake
    potatoes.
    Cut
    in
    half and carefully remove the inside.
    Mash the potatoes; add salt, pepper and sour cream if desired
    (about
    1/2
    small container).
    Put this mixture back into the potato shell and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Put in oven
    and melt cheese just before serving.
    Can be served with bacon bits or chives.
