Brown Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. Crisco or margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco; add egg with vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.
Add nuts and drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
