Camp Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chopped pork
2 lb. chopped beef
2 lb. chicken breast or thighs
2 large onions, chopped
2 cans cream-style corn
1 large can tomatoes
1 large bottle ketchup
3 medium potatoes, cut in small squares
1 Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put all the meat into large pressure cooker and cover with water.
Pressure until done.
Take bones out of chicken and shred all meat together back into broth where it was cooked.
Add onions, potatoes, tomatoes and corn.
Cook slowly until done and thick.
Add ketchup and cook another 15 minutes.
Add chili powder as you add ketchup.
Stir often as it will stick quickly.
