Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. oleo, softened
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. grated cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Let potatoes thaw about 2 hours.
    Mix first 6 ingredients together.
    Fold in grated cheese and sour cream.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle topping over potatoes.
