Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine jello and water until dissolved. Then fold in all at once the strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Turn 1/2 of this mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish for the first layer.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Evenly spread the sour cream over the first layer.
    Spoon the rest of the strawberry mixture on and refrigerate.
