Baked Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned
    1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. water
    paprika
Preparation
    Brush chicken with mustard and dredge in bread crumbs.
    Place in a baking dish.
    Combine butter, lemon juice and water; drizzle one tablespoon over each piece of chicken and pour remainder in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes covered.
    Remove cover; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake for 15 more minutes.
