Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. lard (may use Crisco)
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and lard with 2 knives (or hands).
    Put 1 egg in a cup with 1 tablespoon vinegar.
    Fill with milk to make 1 cup. Add to flour mixture.
    Makes 3 double crust pies.
