Garlic Mashed Potatoes With Skins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 russet potatoes, sliced thick with skins
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
6 scallions, finely chopped
1 large clove of garlic
milk to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes until soft.
Drain.
In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, butter, cream cheese, garlic and scallions. Blend with mixer; adding milk to desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves approximately 10-12.
