Zucchini Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini, grated
    1/4 slab tofu, crumbled
    1 c. sunflower seeds, blended
    1 c. cashews, blended
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 c. oatmeal
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into burger size.
    Bake 15 minutes on each side or until brown at 350\u00b0.
    Good for picnics or to work.
