Easy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup sugar, flour and cornmeal.
    Stir.
    Add melted butter or oleo, freshly squeezed lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
    Beat whole eggs well.
    Add milk and salt; stir well.
    Pour in pie crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 3 minutes; then bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cook until firm when shaken or test with knife until it comes out clean.
