Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 whole chicken breasts, halved (4 pieces)
1 sightly beaten egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. sugar
dash of onion salt
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in square or oblong baking dish.
Combine corn flake crumbs, Parmesan cheese and dash of salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in egg, then in crumb mixture.
Place in baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Turn meat.
Bake 20 minutes more or until tender.
