Saucy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. unpared zucchini, thinly sliced (4 c.)
    2 onions, thinly sliced (1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onions in small amount boiling water until tender. In saucepan, melt oleo; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once; cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Combine with cooked vegetables. Place in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
