Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, adding fruit last.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
