Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 Tbsp. oil
    8 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes in 1/2 c. hot water
    14 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. barley
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown stew meat in oil.
    Add water and cover.
    Cook 1 hour. Add bouillon, tomatoes, carrots, onion, celery, barley, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook for 2 hours.
    Enjoy!
