Honey Ginger Napoleon Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chilled heavy cream
    4 Tbsp. ginger preserves
    2 Tbsp. Mandarin Napoleon or Grand Marnier liqueur
    1/4 c. honey
Preparation
    In a chilled bowl, beat the cream until stiff.
    Add honey, preserves and liqueur, mix gently, but well, after adding each ingredient.
    Chill and serve as a topping for cake, ice cream or fresh fruit.
