Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1 8 oz. container cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
With blender, mix cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar.
After well blended, blend in cool whip.
Then pour or spoon into graham cracker crust.
Chill about 1 hour. Serve.
