Pork Chop And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 pkg. frozen French-style string beans
    2 to 3 medium -size Irish potatoes
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, add the shortening.
    Brown the pork chops on each side.
    Remove the fat from pan and place the thawed French-style string beans on top of the chops.
    Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
    Place on top.
    Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook until potatoes are done.
