Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2/3 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package.
    Make a sauce by melting butter in saucepan; add flour.
    When bubbling, gradually add the milk.
    Stir until thickened.
    Add grated cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
    Salt and pepper to taste; mix with the macaroni.
    Put in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
