Chicken With Asparagus Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts or chops
1 egg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can cream of asparagus soup
1/3 c. each: milk and water
Preparation

Dip meat in egg.
Coat with bread crumbs.
In skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook meat on both sides until browned. Remove; pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine soup, milk and water; heat through, stirring occasionally.
Serve over meat.
