Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. nuts
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla (vanilla, butter and nut flavoring)
15 oz. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together with spoon.
Do not beat.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
Cook 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
